Bobby Brittain, Brand Director, Coca-Cola Great Britain, said, "The new edgier Bond persona is the ultimate embodiment of the ‘Coke Zero’ brand personality, and is expected to deepen the brand’s engagement with its core target audience of 20 something men." As such, Coca-Cola jumped on the Quantum of Solace bandwagon and slapped the classic 007 gunbarrel logo on their bottles to create Coca-Cola Zero Zero 7.

The bottles are expected to be released around the same time as the movie, with an ad campaign that mimics the intro to a James Bond movie and has music by Jack White, one of the singers of the Quantum of Solace theme song.

  • Quantum of Solace Product Placement - Ford Ka

    Ford Ka

    The most prominent car product placement in Quantum of Solace will not even be driven by James Bond, as Camille (Olga Kurylenko) will be behind the wheel of Ford's newest 'green' car. "The new Ka is the perfect match for the character of Camille—adventurous, individual and thoroughly modern," says Ford of Europe’s Chief Operating Officer, Stephen Odell. "We are delighted that the launch of the film coincides with the launch of such a significant new model for Ford of Europe." This is the second movie in a row to feature a new Ford car, as 2006's Casino Royale marked the debut of the latest Ford Mondeo.

    Sony Ericcson Titanium Silver C902

    James Bond will once again be using an Ericcson phone in Quantum of Solace, though it is not nearly as filled with gadgets as the one in Tomorrow Never Dies. According to the press release, the C902 Cyber-shot phone is used throughout the film by James Bond to capture evidence and assist the agent on his mission. The 5MP camera, with a slide-out lens cover, illuminated touch icons, face detection, and more enables James Bond to send high resolution shots back to MI6 for quick recognition of his enemies. The phone itself is preloaded with Quantum of Solace content including wallpaper, themes, the trailer, and other videos relating to the film.

    Smirnoff Vodka

    The original James Bond product placement returns for another shaken, not stirred, appearance in James Bond's martini glass. Since first appearing in 1962's Dr. No, Smirnoff Vodka has shown up in the liver of nearly every 007, though it's most prominent placement was during the hotel scene in Tomorrow Never Dies, when the camera spent more than a brief moment focusing on the brand of vodka Pierce Brosnan was imbibing.

  • Quantum of Solace Product Placement - Heineken Beer

    Heineken Beer

    After making a splash in a brief scene in 1997's Tomorrow Never Dies, Heineken took some time off from sponsored placements in James Bond movies. However, in Quantum of Solace, the beer has a larger role. Melinda Eskell, Manager Heineken Brand Communication said: "We worked in close partnership with Eon and Columbia Pictures to ensure the global campaign remained authentic to the film and the James Bond franchise. The involvement of Olga Kurylenko combined with the use of other authentic Bond assets provides Heineken the unique opportunity to allow our consumers worldwide to experience the world of Bond."

  • Quantum of Solace Product Placement - Omega Seamaster

    Omega 007 Seamaster Diver 300m

    James Bond will once again see an Omega when he looks at his wrist for the time, which makes sense considering that it is the timepiece he wore in Casino Royale and that Quantum of Solace is a direct continuation of that film. Unlike in previous movies, the watch simply tells the time. There are no gizmos or doodads such as remote detonators or grappling hooks: just the sophisticated gears that make the watch tick.

    Aston Martin DBS

    Once again, James Bond will be behind the wheels of an Aston Martin in Quantum of Solace. However, this time around the real news comes from the movie's filming, where two separate accidents destroyed a pair of the DBS'. One was destroyed when a stuntman accidentally drove one of the cars into Italy's Lake Garda while driving it to the set during heavy rain. A second DBS was destroyed while filming a chase scene and left the stuntman seriously injured. This, along with various other incidents not involving Bond's car, led production to be paused temporarily.

    Virgin Atlantic

    For the second film in a row, Virgin Atlantic will appear in a James Bond movie. Sir Richard Branson, President of Virgin Atlantic, commented: "Virgin Atlantic and James Bond make a great partnership - slick, smooth and renowned the world over. Casino Royale propelled Bond to greater success and we’re certain that Quantum of Solace will set an even higher standard." Branson appeared in a cameo role in Casino Royale and Virgin Atlantic aircraft were featured in the Miami airport scene.

    Sony HD TV

    If it's not in the movie but it still uses Daniel Craig and the title Quantum of Solace to sell a product, is it product placement? Either way, Sony has just released a new minute long TV commercial for their HD TVs featuring Daniel Craig dodging a series of HD explosions. The ad, which was directed by Baillie Walsh, premired on October 15 before a England football match on Setanta in the UK.
