Gadget: Golden Bullets Cigarettes Status: Lost Description: Lazar hides his consignment of golden bullets in this cigarette box for Andrea Anders to pick up in the Casino de Macau. Gadget: Bond's Watch Status: In Storage Description: For once, all Bond's watch does is tell the time. No fancy gadgets attached, just a simple timepiece. Gadget: Solex Agitator Status: Returned Description: The centerpiece of Scaramanga's plan to create a high-powered laser, the Solex Agitator was created by Gibson as a means to harness the sun's power and end the energy crisis. Gadget: AMC Hornet Hatchback Status: Abandoned Description: Bond steals this American Motor Cars Hornet Hatchback from a showroom floor and uses it to chase after Scaramanga in Hong Kong. Along with Sheriff JW Pepper, Bond drives this car over a broken bridge while doing a 360 in one of the best stunts of the series. Unfortunately, the stunt was ruined by a corny mid-air sound effect. Gadget: Car-Plane Status: Unknown Description: After escaping from Bond in Hong Kong, Scaramanga converts his car into a plane and uses it to fly back to his island fortress. Gadget: Solar Panel Status: Destroyed Description: A part of Scaramanga's laser and power generator, these solar panels capture the sun's energy and harness it into a usable form. Gadget: Laser Status: Destroyed Description: After harnessing the energy of the sun, Scaramanga uses the Solex Agitator to direct that power into a laser, which he uses to destroy Bond's plane. Gadget: The Golden Gun Status: Destroyed Description: Ian Fleming described the golden gun as "gold-plated, long-barrelled, single-action Colt .45. ....special bullets with a heavy, soft (24 ct.) gold core jacketed with silver and cross-cut at the tip, on the dum-dum principle, for maximum wounding effect." The gun collapsed into a lighter, a pen and a cigarette case. Gadget: Junk Phone Status: Unknown Description: After escaping on Scaramanga's junk, M calls Bond and Goodnight on this phone during the final moments of the phone. This leads to one of the more well-known errors of the series, how did M get the phone number?
