Sammy Davis Jr.
Before Mr Wint and Kidd murder Shady Tree, there was a scene with Sammy Davis Jr. playing roulette at the Whyte House. He has a talk with Burt Saxby about contract differences he has with Willard Whyte. Their conversation comes to a stop when Sammy Davis Jr. sees and recognized James Bond and says "They ain't never gonna get a cake big enough to put him on top of."

Dinner With Plenty
While the final cut of the film shows Bond and Plenty going directly to Bond's hotel room after leaving the craps table, this deleted scene shows the two of them at dinner. It gives Bond a chance to get to know her a bit better while impressing Plenty with his knowledge of fine wines. It is Plenty who finally invites herself up to Bond's room.

Plenty Returns
In the original script, after Plenty O'Toole is thrown into the pool, she returns to Bond's room, where she discovers 007 and Tiffany in bed together. She finds Tiffany' address, which leads to her death later in the film.

Through the Alley...Again
For years, eagle-eyed observers have noted that Bond's car switches positions during its two-wheel journey through the alley. The scene was originally shot correctly, but crowds and a police car in the background made the shot unusable.
