Description: Stands for Automatic Targeting Attack Communicator. The ATAC was the decoding device that the plot revolved around. Both Kristatos and Bond were trying to retrieve it.

Description: The Identograph was utilized by Bond and 'Q' to identify Locque from the description Bond gave. It taps into the photo files of the French Surete, Interpol, the CIA, Mossad, and the West German police.

[Gadget Image] Acrostar Mini Jet

Description: To escape, Bond used a gadget that at first appeared to be a horse's rear, but then became a mini-jet. Bond escaped and finished his objective at the same time.

[Gadget Image] Homer Seiko Watch

Description: Bond's second Seiko watch was also a tracker for the homing device put in the Faberge Egg. In addition, it was connected to a LCD camera that Bond used to view a secretary's "assets".

Description: The homer in the Faberge Egg doubled as a audio transmitter. Bond used this ear piece to hear Khan's plans for the eggs.

[Gadget Image] Q's Pet Dog

Description: This little dog robot was seen never well developed but it is by far the most interesting gadget in the movie. It is essentially a mobile high-tech spying/video transmitting device.

Description: At Zorin's estate, Bond uses this small camera to photograph people.

Description: At Zorin's estate, Bond uses this glare-eliminating glasses to see into the room where Zorin is talking to Stacy Sutton.

The Living Daylights
[Gadget Image] Walther WA2000

Description: This bulky gun was what Bond used to shoot Kara while Koskov was pretending to defect. It is not really a gadget, but it is such an impressive looking gun.

[Gadget Image] Q Branch Keychain

Description: This key chain had lock-picks that could open 90 percent of the world's locks, stun gas, and an explosive. All three of these features were used.

[Gadget Image] Q Branch Suitcase 2

Description: This suitcase contained an exploding alarm clock, explosive toothpaste, a laser camera, an x-ray camera, and much more.

[Gadget Image] Signature Gun

Description: The suitcase of goodies also had a signature gun with an optical palm reader. This way, only 007 could use it. It saved his life when the Hong Kong narcotics officer tried to kill him with it.

GoldenEye
[Gadget Image] Grappling/Laser Gun

Description: This gun aided Bond after his bungee jump by pulling him towards the entrance and then cutting it open with the laser.

[Gadget Image] Grappling Belt

Description: This was no ordinary belt. It shot a grappling beam 100 feet and could support Bond's weight. He used it to escape from the Russian Hall of Records.

[Gadget Image] Laser Equipped Omega

Description: A new Bond means a new watch. This time it was an Omega that had a laser and a on/off switch for explosives. "Still press here?" (Alec Trevelian)

[Gadget Image] Explosive Pen

Description: The now-famous exploding pen that armed up after three clicks. Boris loved this pen; until it blew up.

[Gadget Image] The GoldenEye

Description: This is the GoldenEye device. These two keys had to be turned at the same time in order to activate the targeting device. The actual GoldenEye is the device in the center which contains the targeting info.

Tomorrow Never Dies
[Gadget Image] Ericsson Mobile Phone

Description: This phone should come with all BMW's. In addition to being the remote control for Bond's car, it has a fingerprint reader, a key replicator, and a 20,000 volt stun gun.

[Gadget Image] Omega Seamaster

Description: Bond's watch of choice is, as usual, an Omega. Worn by Bond for most of the movie, he gets an updated one in Wai Lin's version of Q Branch. It has a pull out detonator which Bond uses to expose the stealth ship to radar.

The World Is Not Enough
[Gadget Image] Omega Seamaster

Description: Bond's watch is the same that it has been for the past few movies: the Omega Seamaster. However, it has some new tricks in the form of a high-powered flashlight and a grappling gun.

[Gadget Image] The Q Boat

Description: More a vehicle than a gadget, Q was constructing this boat for his retirement. When Bond needs to persue the Cigar Girl down the Thames, he "borrows" it from Q's lab. Equipped with torpedos, a dive function, jet propulsion, and the ability to travel through city streets, this boat is a must for any vacation.

[Gadget Image] HP Jordana 430se

Description: When Dr. Christmas Jones needs to defuse a nuclear bomb inside the oil pipeline she uses this HP Jordana handheld computer. It doesn't really do anything else but it looks high-tech.

Underwater Rebreather

Not seen since Thunderball, the underwater rebreather makes its reappearance. Bond uses this device when he is infiltrating Gustav Graves' headquarters and fake diamond mine. To get in, 007 must swim under a sheet of ice and up through an opening inside.

Glass Shattering Ring

Description: Q equips Bond with a ring that emits an ultra-high-frequency pulse that can shatter any piece of glass: even bulletproof. Bond uses it to escape from Gustav and to break the front window of his Aston Martin.

OMEGA Seamaster Professional Chronometer

Description: During the pre-title sequence, Bond's watch contains detonator pin and mobile detonator that he sticks in a bundle of explosives in a suitcase full of diamonds. Later, Q gives him another watch which has a high-power laser built into it which Bond uses to cut through a sheet of ice in Iceland.
